Carol E. Hartman

GALVA - Carol E. Hartman, 45, of Galva, died at 4:45 p.m., Saturday, June 11, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Cremation has been accorded and there will be no services. Rux Funeral Home in Galva is in charge of arrangements.

She was born June 13, 1970 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of Francis Theodore and Mary (Oswald) Siener. She had been married to Dan Hartman. Survivors include her mother of Waterman, IL, two daughters, Heather Renae Hartman and Thurza Lila Hartman, both of Galva, her siblings, Rose, Jay, James, Mary, Nick, Alex and Brian, her special best friend, Sherrill Webber of Galva and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

Carol graduated from Aurora Central Catholic school in 1988 and had attended Black Hawk East. She had worked as an EMT and as a CNA for the Henry County Health Department and at Toulon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She loved her pets and enjoyed shopping.
