Esther Cooper

KEWANEE – Esther Cooper, 86, of Kewanee, died at 1:25 p.m., Friday, January 19, 2018 in the emergency room at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee.

Cremation will be accorded and private services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is in charge of arrangements.

She was born June 28, 1931 in Chicago.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Mario Rosa. Esther is survived by her nephew, John Frampton of Kewanee. 

Esther worked in the banking industry until her retirement.  She lived and worked in California for 22 years. Esther thoroughly enjoyed watching television, tending to her cats, and painting.
