Dear Jantz, Kerigan and All of the family,
My offering of heartfelt condolences on the loss of your sweet daughter seems so inadequate. I am offering daily prayers for God"s comfort and grace to heal your wounded hearts. I so well remember Jantz when he was a young boy coming through my back gate for one of our little visits. He had such a sweet spirit and I"m sure this was passed to Harper.
Remembering with love,
Eleanor Howell

Jantz, Karigan and family,

Little Miss Harper was such a bright soul who deeply touched my heart and many others in the short time I knew her. Your sweet family is in my thoughts and prayers during this time. No words can ever express how sorry I am.

Words cannot express the sorrow that is in our hearts. Harper, in the short time she was able to share with everyone, has shown us the importance of strength and family. We lost our first child and we know the pain and sorrow that accompanies this event. I know she is in good hands in heaven and will serve as an angel to you and many others in ways you can never imagine.

Words are always inadequate at these moments. I won't begin to pretend that I have all the answers as to why Harper's life here was so short. Perhaps she was just meant to be an inspiration to others. She touched so many lives from family, to coworkers, medical professionals...the list goes on. Perhaps she was meant to remind us of what was really important in our lives; we do so often get caught up in the clutter. Maybe she was just meant to be loved on . But this I do know. Right now Harper is safely in the presence of Jesus. She has no pain, no tears, no suffering; only eternal joy. For that we can be thankful as well as knowing that some day, at the right time, a glorious reunion will take place.

Thank you for sharing her with us. Continued prayers for comfort for all of the Spalding family not just now but in the days ahead.
