Dearest Ruth, As a Step Mom, you entered our family at our father's side with love, wisdom and patience. Though not of your flesh, you cared and filled an empty need. You were there through ups and downs, marriages, births and deaths. Family always takes care of each other, loves one another and believes in God. These are things that always delivers.

With Love and Prayers always, Step-children: Sharon ( Brian) Elkins; Joyce (Tim) Ballard; William Albrecht Jr; Carol (Harold) Bunch also 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by Grandson Timothy Ballard Jr; Grand-daughter Angela Marie Elkins Schoonover; and great-grandson Nathaniel Bunch

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.

Ephesians 1:4-6 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will- to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

1 Timothy 1:15 Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners

1 John 4:9-10 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
