What a wonderful lady Mrs. Palmer was. We lived next door to her for several years on 19th Ave. She always had a bright smile and kind words. She shared goodies from her garden with us. When her raspberries came in she would make a raspberry cream pie. Oh we looked forward to that each year. Our dog Julie was a barker, but she never seemed to mind. We even caught her giving treats to Julie. And she invited our children, Andrea and Brian to attend VBS at her church. We really enjoyed having her for our neighbor. We came to her birthday celebration a few years back. Was that her 100th? She looked great although she didn't really remember us. She was certainly a blessing to her family and also to everyone that knew her.

Peace, Grandma. So sorry our lives grew apart. I loved coming to your house as a little girl.

Dearest Shirley, we are sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the many memories of Mom gathered throughout the years. What a great, long life she lived. May you find peace knowing that she is in the presence of out Savior.
