Evelyn Cleo Frazer

PRINCETON – Evelyn Cleo Frazer, 89, of Princeton, died at 6:38 a.m., Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Princeton.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 18 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to the Evelyn Frazer Memorial Fund.

She was born January 12, 1929 in Goshen Township, Stark County, IL, the daughter of Glenn Forrest and Lora Ellen (Dalrymple) Dixon. She married William Edmond Frazer on November 20, 1991. He survives of  Princeton, as do two sons; Todd Cade (Karen Dunn) of Hanna City, IL and Ed Hufnagel (Stacey Lantz) of Toulon, four daughters; Brenda Jannie of Wyanet, Cathy (Dan) Moreland of Buda, Lori (Kevin) Connell of Dover, IL and Tara Cade (Scott Smith) of Wyanet, three step-sons; Jim (Bonnie) Hufnagel of Muskegon, MI, Jerry (Margaret) Hufnagel of Clinton, IL and John (Tina) Hufnagel of Jackson, MI, a step-daughter, Janet (Leo) Raymond of Montrose, MI, a sister, Juanita (Don) Turner of Loveland, CO and a sister-in-law, Betty Jean VanWassenhove of Kewanee, twenty-six grandchildren, fifty-three great grandchildren, fifteen great-great grandchildren and eleven step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two sons and two daughters.

Evelyn retired from Martin Engineering in Neponset. She was of the Baptist faith and had attended several different churches. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and loved reading, crocheting and doing crossword puzzles and she especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
