Jeffrey D. "Jeff" Bevelheimer

NEPONSET – Jeffrey D. “Danny” Bevelheimer, 53, of Neponset, died on Sunday, April 14, 2019 in Kewanee.

Cremation will be accorded and memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 20 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.

He was born April 27, 1965 in Moline, the son of Danny and Sharon Dagget. He was later adopted by Lee and Millie “Ellen” (Damon) Bevelheimer. Survivors include his biological mother, Sharon Slocum, his daughter, April Krogmeier, his son, Daniel Munson, a brother, Michael Bevelheimer, a brother, Steven Harland, a sister, Rhaelea Duncan, two half-brothers, David and Warren Slocum and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his biological father, adoptive parents and a half-brother, Charles Slocum.

Jeff had worked as a cook in various restaurants and had also worked in Flint, MI. He loved fishing and karaoke with friends. He had a love for education and spent years going through school and getting multiple degrees that he held onto with pride.
