John Ohman Obituary
MOLINE – John A. Ohman, 82, a resident of Rosewood Care Center in Moline, died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the center.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 22 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee. Rev. John Plunkett will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Abilities Plus.
He was born February 12, 1937 in Elmira, IL, the son of Gustaf A. and Esther L. (Turngren) Ohman. Survivors include his two sisters, Marie (Jerry) Harris of Bossier City, LA and Helen Minch of Kewanee. He was preceded in death by his parents and a half-brother, Raymond Waters.
John had worked as an assembler for Abilities Plus.
