Marion Joyce Reynolds

LAFAYETTE – Marion Joyce Reynolds, 22, of LaFayette, died at 7:37 p.m., Sunday, August 27, 2017 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 9 at Rux Funeral Home in Galva. Pastor Don Reul will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in Galva Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.

She was born May 22, 1995 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Richard S. and Barbara J. (Shipman) Reynolds. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Barbara (Dean) Simoneaux, paternal grandfather, Albert Reynolds, maternal grandparents, Rich (Cindy) Shipman, her brother, Dakota Reynolds, half-sister, Faith, half-brother, Patrick and an uncle, Jeff Reynolds (Kari Richardson). She was preceded in death by her father, grandmother, Barbara and an uncle, Michael.

Marion graduated from Kewanee High School. She enjoyed music, attending the First Baptist Church in Galva and its activities and visiting with people.
