Marjorie Hawkins

KEWANEE - Marjorie Hawkins, 85, a resident at Royal Oaks Health Care Center, died at 11:00 p.m., Monday, October 22, 2018 at the center.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 26 at Wethersfield Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be directed to the Marjorie Hawkins Memorial Fund. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is in charge of arrangements.

She was born May 20, 1933 in Missouri, the daughter of Virgil and Rene (Fishal) Hawkins. Her parents precede her in death as do two brothers and one sister. She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and great nieces and nephews.

Marjorie enjoyed her pets, reading Western books, doing arts and crafts, collecting funny cups and visiting with family and friends.
