Micah J.E. Burhans VanStaden

KEWANEE- Micah J.E. Burhans VanStaden, 12 day old son of Josina VanStaden and Michael Burhans died at 3:05 a.m., Thursday, February 28, 2019 in the emergency room at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee.

Private funeral services will be held at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee with Jason Garcia officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant View Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.

Micah was born February 16, 2019 in Galesburg. He is survived by his parents, Josina VanStaden and Michael Burhans of Kewanee, two siblings, Jasmine Burhans and Joslynn VanStaden, his maternal grandmother, Pam Cook and paternal grandparents, Mary Martin and Ed Beaird.

Micah entered the hearts of his family in his short time with them and was dearly loved. He has now entered into heaven and into the arms of angels that will care for him into eternity.
