Nova Lynn Kida

KEWANEE – Nova Lynn Kida, infant daughter of Chase Kida and Alexandra “Lexi” Bender died at 4:17 a.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 31 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Kewanee. Joe Hamilton will officiate. Memorials may be directed to the family. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is in charge of arrangements.

She was born at 2:37 a.m., Tuesday, March 20 in Peoria. Survivors include her parents of Kewanee, parental grandparents, James and Doreen Kida of Kewanee, maternal grandfather, Jason Bender of South Carolina, maternal grandmother of Sandra Bender of Princeville, paternal great grandparents, Doris Kida and Mary Ann Bishop, both of Kewanee, maternal great grandparents, Michael and Connie Bender of North Carolina and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Though her time here was short, Nova Lynn was so loved by her family.
