Stephen R. Pyle

KEWANEE – Stephen R. Pyle, 31, of Kewanee, died at 1:16 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2018 at his home.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 12 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee. The Very Rev. Jerry Rafalko will officiate. Visitation will be held from 3:30 until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.

He was born October 20, 1986 in Kewanee, the son of Larry Richardson and Melanie (Pyle) Ramsey. Survivors include his father of Bath, IL, his mother of Kewanee, a son, Caelum Pyle of Kewanee, three brothers, Mark Ostrowski Jr. of Tiskilwa, Devon Ramsey of Kewanee and Larry Richardson of Geneseo, two sisters, Jennifer Ostrowski of Kewanee and Kari Richardson of Kewanee, his paternal grandparents, Larry (Wanda) Richardson of Kewanee and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents.

Stephen had a love for music and video games. He enjoyed drawing, writing and reading and especially enjoyed being around his family.
