Faith and family were most important to Wilma. She looked forward to family holidays and vacations.

Wilma had attended schools in Rock Island. She and her husband Edmund had operated the Galva Hotel, Galva Pool Hall and JUG during the 60’s and 70’s.  She had also worked at E.W. Houghton Lumber Yard as a bookkeeper and as a cashier at Walmart. She had been a member of St. John Parish Church and the Altar and Rosary Society. She enjoyed dancing, crossword puzzles, camping in Michigan and playing cards with her brothers. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Wilma will be dearly missed by her family and friends, until we all meet again.
