Christopher M. "Marvin" Leverette Obituary

HANNIBAL – Christopher M. “Marvin” Leverette, 41, of Hannibal, MO, formerly of Galva, died Sunday, February 26, 2023 at his home.

Cremation will be accorded and a private family gathering will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to his family. Rux Funeral Home in Galva is in charge of arrangements.

He was born June 23, 1981 in Kewanee, the son of David “Dave” and Janet (Kermeen) Leverette. Survivors include his father of Galva, three brothers; Chad Leverette and Joseph (Amanda) Leverette, both of Kewanee and Nick Leverette of Galva, his sister, Jennifer (Jim) Hart of Hannibal, MO and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Marvin had been a factory worker and enjoyed fishing and working on cars and had restored a 1968 Camaro with his father. He was a loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
