Obituary

KEWANEE – Debbie J. Bond, 67, of Kewanee, died at 1:25 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2022 at the Kewanee Care Home.

Private services will be held at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee and interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to her family.

She was born November 26, 1954 in Monmouth, IL, the daughter of Donald “Don” and Eleanor (Miller) Enslow. She married Danny Bond on December 27, 1975 at the Second Baptist Church in Kewanee and he preceded her in death on June 24, 2006. Survivors include her children; Candice Marie Conley, Danielle Rene Bond, Daniel Keith Bond, Amber Nicole Bond, Chandra Brooke Bond and Brendan Cordell Bond, all of Kewanee, a brother, Jeff Enslow of Eldridge, IA, a sister, Diane McCann of Monmouth, IL, three brothers-in-law; James Travis Bond, Darryl Bond and Brian Bond, all of Kewanee and eleven grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers-in-law, Eric and Thomas Bond.

Debbie was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, drawing and her dogs. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
