Deborah "Deb" Pyle

Deborah E. “Deb” Pyle, 70, of Kewanee, died at 12:05 p.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL

She was born on April 4, 1956 in Jacksonville, IL, the daughter of Roberta Elliott. She married Keith Orwig Jr. on October 18, 1975 and he preceded her in death on January 24, 2008. She later married Keith Pyle on October 1, 2017 in Kewanee. Survivors include her husband of Kewanee, her five children; Shondra Orwig. Roy Orwig and Sasha (Jason) Wilson, all of Kewanee, Nathan Pyle of Granite City, IL and Veronica Pyle of Kewanee, twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her mother.

Deb was mostly a homemaker but had worked as a laundry aide at Royal Oaks Care Center in Kewanee. She loved Elvis Presley and enjoyed crocheting and collecting gnomes.

Cremation will be accorded and a memorial visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Saturday, July 25 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to the Freedom House.
