Diana Lee Bliss Obituary

KEWANEE – Diana Lee Bliss, 63, of Kewanee, died at 5:43 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Royal Oaks Care Center.

Cremation will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is in charge of arrangements.

She was born January 20, 1957 in Boston, MA, the daughter of William and Louise (Last) Brown. Survivors include her three children; Joshua R. Bliss of Beloit, WI and Jason E. Bliss and Christina M. McClay, both of Kewanee, a sister, Denise A. Ortwein of Kewanee and seven grandchildren.

Diana was of the Catholic faith. She had a love for kids and ran her own daycare for many years. She enjoyed talking with and helping the elderly. Her best and happiest achievement was raising her three children and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
