KEWANEE – Dusty A. Drawyer, 57, of Kewanee, died at 11:56 p.m., Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at his home.
Cremation will be accorded and a Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in rural Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to his family for a memorial to be established. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is in charge of arrangements.
He was born September 14, 1965 in Kewanee, the son of Dennis E. and Shirley A. (Ensley) Drawyer. He married Tracy A. Loibl on June 15, 2002 in Kewanee. Survivors include his wife, Tracy, his daughter, Alexandria Joey Drawyer, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rodney (Dianna) Loibl, two brothers-in-law, Jeremy (Katy) Loibl and Greg (Emily) Loibl, his aunts, Darlene (Franklin) Rasmussen and Maurita Ensley, an uncle, Nolan (Janice) Drawyer, several nieces, nephews and cousins and his dog, Poppy and his cats, Malcolm and Sunny. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Pamela Sue Drawyer.
Dusty graduated from Kewanee High School in 1985 and attended Black Hawk East. He had worked as a machinist with Caterpillar where he enjoyed his work family especially his friend Oz. He loved his truck, motorcycles and fishing in his boat which was his sisters. He also enjoyed following the stock markets.
