Harry F. Confair

GALVA – Harry F. Confair, 68, of Galva, died on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

He was born December 15, 1955 in Camden, New Jersey, the son of William Confair. He married Gerri Ann Charlet on May 19, 1980. Survivors include his wife of Galva, his four children: Billy Confair and Jeremy Kersey, both of Kewanee and Shawn Confair and Jessica Confair, both of Galva, a brother, Bill Confair of Peoria and his two grandchildren, KellyAnn and Carter.

Harry served his country in the U.S. Army from 1976-78 achieving the rank of Specialist 4. He enjoyed sports and music, collecting baseball cards and vinyl record albums and riding his E-bike. He cherished his family and enjoyed following his grandchildren’s sporting events. Harry loved Jesus, family and his country.

Cremation will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. Memorials may be directed to the family. Rux Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
