Hazel L. King

LA FAYETTE – Hazel L. "Suzie" King, 78, formerly of La Fayette, died at 8:25 a.m., Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Seminary Manor in Galesburg.

Cremation will be accorded and a private inurnment will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery in Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice. 

She was born on April 21, 1947 in Kewanee, the daughter of Frank and Hazel (Lempke) Pease. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Henry "Frankie" Pease.

Suzie graduated from Galva High School and had been a homemaker.
