John Fidoe Jr.

ANNAWAN - John Fidoe Jr., of Annawan, died on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur, IL.

He was born on November 19, 1946 in Gloversville, NY, the son of John and Mary Fidoe. He married Glenna Wildemuth in 1968 and she preceded him in death on February 2, 2025. He leaves behind his daughter, Michelle (Andrew) Tucker, two sons, William (Karla) Fidoe and Alan (Sarah) Fidoe and two grandchildren, Amethyst Fidoe and Micah Fidoe. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Ann Nichols (Fidoe).

John served his country in the U.S. Air Force serving in Hawaii. Following the military he and Glenna settled in Kewanee. He worked in sales for Ramsplitter Log Splitters.

Cremation will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made the to the Henry County Humane Society.
