Lindy Anderson-Kallenbach

Lindy M. Anderson-Kallenbach, 49, of Neponset, died at 4:30 a.m., Friday, May 16, 2025.

She was born February 19, 1976 in Sterling, the daughter of Ernest and Crystal (Fellows) Anderson. She married Bryce Kallenbach on April 11, 2022 in Annawan. Survivors include her father of Rock Falls, her husband of Neponset, their children; Jacquelyn (Alex) Faulkner, Calvin Phillips and Melissa Jackson, all of Kewanee, Charles (LeAnn) Phillips Jr. of Wisconsin, James Phillips and Daelyn, Braedyn and Cameron Kallenbach, all of Idaho and two grandchildren, Arya and Aidyn. She was preceded in death by her mother and a sister, Summer.

Lindy obtained her CNA certification and had been a CNA for 20 years at various nursing homes. She enjoyed gardening, playing computer games, listening to all genres of music, watching documentaries and expanding her knowledge. She especially enjoyed traveling with her husband in his semi-trailer truck. She loved her family and cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.

Cremation will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is assisting the family with arrangements.
