KEWANEE - Marjorie M. Hall, 89, of Kewanee, died at 1:21 p.m., Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in the emergency room at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 7 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee. Deacon Martin VanMeltebeck will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery in Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to the Henry County Humane Society. The funeral home will monitor capacity limits to maintain compliance with COVID-19 regulations. The funeral home requires that all guests wear a mask for the safety of all those attending.
She was born January 31, 1931 in Victoria, IL, the daughter of William and Agnes (Anderson) Huber. She married James D. Hall on September 2, 1966 in Peoria and he preceded her in death on January 17, 1994. Survivors include her two daughters, Kathy (Ken) Maas of Morris, IL and Theresa Langley of Kewanee, a brother, Waverly Huber of LaSalle, IL, a sister, Alma Barlow of Kewanee, four grandchildren; Jason McRell, Ryan Pettit and Monica and Amanda Langley and four great grandchildren; Ryenn, Hayden and Tanner McRell and Austin Achtor. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Virginia and Beverly.
Marjorie was a homemaker and thoroughly enjoyed taking care of her home and family. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking and shopping.
