KEWANEE – Naomi L. Brignadello, 90, of Kewanee, died at 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2021 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL.
Private funeral services will be held at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee with Rev. John Reside officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to the First Christian Church.
She was born May 28, 1930 in Kewanee, the daughter of Loyed and Goldie (Denton) Fultz. She married Harold A. Brignadello in 1960 in Kewanee and he preceded her in death on September 10, 2006. Survivors include her sister, Martha Moutz of Wilmore, KY, her grandchildren; Meredith Brignadello Nelson, Meghan Brignadello Genzel, Lori Scott and Macie Powell, three nephews; Joe Moutz, David Fultz and Loyed Fultz and her niece, Mary Corbitt. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her step-children, Harold “Denny” Brignadello and Sharon Brignadello Chamberlain, a sister, Mary Miller, two brothers, John Fultz and James Fultz and a grandson, Bruce Chamberlain.
Naomi graduated from Kewanee High School in 1950. She had worked as office manager and assistant to the president of the Sandy’s Corporation. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Kewanee and enjoyed antiquing and playing the piano. She had been a pianist at various churches in the area for many years.
