LAFAYETTE - Natalie Jane Tunney-Stuckey of LaFayette, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
Natalie was born October 7, 1971, in Galesburg to Pamela Hoxworth and Dan Dillon.
She is survived by her husband Jim Stuckey (Kewanee); her children; Logyn Hoxworth (Darien), Camryn Tunney (Champaign), Jensyn Tunney (Kewanee), Brittyn Tunney (Kewanee) and Trentyn Guss (Pekin) and her stepchildren, Dawson Stuckey (Bloomington) and Kale Stuckey (Bloomington); her parents Dan Dillon (Mary Wolf) of Silvis and Pam Hoxworth (Randy) of Galva, sister Heather Dillon Strong (Stephen) of Batavia, niece Isabel Cunningham (Chicago) and nephews Alec Cunningham (Chicago) and Beau Cunningham (Batavia), grandmother Emma Gerard (Woodhull), many beloved aunts and uncles and her dogs Gabe and Gertie.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers and grandfathers Geraldine and Jerry Miller, Darrel (Bud) Gerard and Ray and Ella Mae Dillon, aunt Donna Dillon, aunt and uncle Rita and Jim Martin and cousin Mike Craine.
Natalie was a hard worker and had a long career as a nurse and behavioral health interventionalist. She worked in several long-term care facilities where she was loved by her patients.
In her free time, she loved to travel, spend time with her family and her dogs, and taking on home decorating projects.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Thursday, October 12 at Rux Funeral Home in Galva. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 13 at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Henry County Humane Society or the Tri-County Illinois Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
