Nicholas B. Sturm

GOREVILLE - Nicholas Bradford Sturm, 34, of Goreville, died March 25, 2022 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was born November 24, 1987 in Princeton, the son of Eldon Sturm and Denise Dodson.

Nicholas was the true definition of a good friend to many and an even better son and father. His friendship is bound by loyalty and his heart was so big and full of love that's what made him so special. Nick had an outgoing personality that made you fall in love with him, as a father well, anyone who was around Nick heard about and saw every picture of his girls once if not twice or 3 times he loved them with everything in him.

Nicholas is survived by his three daughters, Scarlett Rose, Kathryne Lily, and Hazel Iris, all of Kewanee, IL, his sister, Brianna Sturm of Granite City, and his parents Eldon Sturm of Kewanee and Denise Dodson of Goreville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and many friends.

The Celebration of Nicholas's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 2 at Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee with Rev. Mara Ahles-Iverson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.
