Richard L. Webber

GALVA - Richard L. Webber, 77, of Galva, died at 10:33 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2021 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Cremation will be accorded and private inurnment will take place later in the spring at Galva Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Henry County Humane Society or to the American Diabetes Association. Rux Funeral Home in Galva is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was born December 6, 1943 in Jacksonville, IL, the son of Richard and Wanda (Adams) Webber. He married Sherrill L. Wilson on May 19, 1979 in Galva. Survivors include his wife of Galva, his step-children; Barry Swedeen of Madison, WI, Tracy (Ceaser) Interial of Galva, Stacey (Chris) Kendall of Kewanee, Kacey (Hans) Hoelzel of Washington, IL, Krystal (Donnie) Pridemore of Port Byron, IL and Missy (Landon) Horrie of Kewanee, seventeen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Richard had worked as a truckdriver for Westside Transport of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He enjoyed his family and doing Sudoku puzzles.
