Obituary
GALVA - Rickie Allen Larson, 72, of Galva, died Monday, May 15, 2023 at his home in Galva. He was born July 27, 1950.
Rickie went to Galva High School and later worked at the Galva Foundry and then for the Galva CO-OP. He also had worked for the City of Galva. To all that knew him, he was a good friend. His friends will all have many wonderful memories. Never a lot for words, he was always there for anyone who needed a hand. He was a good son and an amazing brother. There will never be another like him. He is sadly missed.
Rickie was preceded in death by his mother, Winniefred Larson in 1970, his father, Glenn Larson in 1976 and his brother, Ray in 2016. Surviving is his brother, Kurt Larson and his sister, Glenda Larson. Also surviving are his niece, Shauna Larson and his nephew, Jeremy Larson.
Rest in peace Rickie. You deserve it from a life well lived.
Cremation will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. Private inurnment will be held at Galva Cemetery. Rux Funeral Home in Galva is in charge of arrangements.
