Seana M. Silvaggio

KEWANEE - Seana M. Silvaggio, 46, of Kewanee, died at 11:31 p.m., Monday, April 24, 2023 at OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee.

Cremation will be accorded and private family services will be held. Memorials may be directed to the Children of Seana Silvaggio Memorial Fund, 400 E. Court St., Cambridge, IL 61238 c/o Community State Bank in Kewanee or Venmo @Michael_Silvaggio. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is in charge of arrangements.

She was born October 4, 1976 in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Dean and Candi (Riggins) Corn. She married Joseph Anthony Silvaggio IV on May 9, 1998 in Las Vegas, NV and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2021. Survivors include her parents of Kewanee, her two sons, Michael Silvaggio and his girlfriend, Sydney Baughman of Cambridge and Dominic Silvaggio of Kewanee, daughter-in-law, Kaitlyn Silvaggio of Pekin, two sisters, Somar (Russell) Bryson of Dixon and Sierra Hansen of Colorado, her special son, Christian Carder, two grandchildren, Mason and Victoria, her mother-in-law, Phyllis Silvaggio and nieces and nephews; Tiana Bryson, Adrian, Veronica and Gabriel Rodriguez and Sydney and Morgan Hansen. She was also preceded in death by her son, Army Specialist Joseph Anthony “Tony” Silvaggio V on February 6, 2023.

Seana had worked as a teller at Community State Bank in Kewanee. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and enjoyed watching football and the History Channel. Her greatest passions were raising her family and following Kewanee Boiler football.
