Timothy L. "Mole" Smith

KEWANEE - Timothy L “Mole” Smith, 45, of Kewanee, died early Saturday morning, July 15, 2023 in Kewanee.

Per his wishes, cremation will be accorded and no services are planned. Rux Funeral Home in Kewanee is assisting the family with arrangements.

He was born September 14, 1977 in Kewanee, the son of Walter and Anneliese (Kemptner) Smith. He is survived by his father, Walter of Kewanee and a brother, Jim Smith of Kewanee. He was preceded in death by his mother, a sister, Dianna Turley and two brothers in infancy.

Mole had attended Kewanee Schools and had worked as a baker at Sullivans Foods Store. He enjoyed painting and artwork.
