Freddie was my neighbor and friend from the time I moved on Garfield Street until he moved. He helped my husband and I build our home and Polly treated my boys like they were her own. I will truly miss him as I miss Polly. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

We were saddened to read of Fred's passing. He was such a gentle man and always said "Hello" whenever we saw him. We will be thinking of you all at this most difficult time.

Uncle Freddie - thank you for everything you did for me growing up..taking me on vacations and camping trips..being the reliable father figure I needed..walking me down the aisle and giving me away at my wedding. Thank you Fred for being there for me in my childhood. I will never forget you or Polly. I will be there as best I can for April and the kids to repay you and your wife for all that you have done for me. I know that you and Polly are together again.
