My deepest sympathy to all of John's family. I know my father Carl enjoyed his friendship. I would get the latest neighborhood news when seeing John at Steve Wrights occasionally. An important part of Neponset history has been lost.

Thanks for your kind words Carla. I know it has been a while since Dad past. I was thinking about him and grandma Jane Bennett and Grandpa Howard Bennett today so looked online to see what has been posted.
I remember your Dad Carl. He was one Dad's best friends in the neighborhood. I remember going down to help Carl with Dad on the farm and Carl stopping by helping with the hogs.. great memories
